Mind, Brain, and Education
This is an undergraduate level course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW Madison). This course covers a range of topics from fundamental brain processes and physiology to topics in educational psychology. This course is intended for students interested in the intersection of neuroscience, cognitive psychology, educational theory, and public policy.
Human Development in Infancy & Early Childhood
This is an undergraduate level course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW Madison). This course provides a broad overview of developmental changes from conception to childhood. The course is designed to characterize and examine changes in physical/motor, perceptual, cognitive, language, emotional, and social development, as well as implications for early childhood education.
Educational & Science Outreach
I have organized and participated in several community-based educational and science outreach activities by working with K-12 schools, the National Living Laboratory, the Madison Children’s Museum, the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, and several nonprofit organizations.
